Shopware Lead Developer

Designation: Technical LeadExperience: 8+ years

Position Overview:The Shopware Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Shopware-based e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Shopware architecture and be proficient in creating customized solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:· Develop, customize, and maintain Shopware-based e-commerce solutions.· Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to create high-quality web applications.· Implement new features and functionalities, ensuring high performance and user experience.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopware platform.· Optimize and enhance existing Shopware projects for better performance and scalability.· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:· Strong understanding of Shopware architecture and its ecosystem.· Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.· Experience with Symfony framework is a plus.· Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js is desirable.· Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.· Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.· Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Strong communication and teamwork skills.· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Previous experience working with Shopware 5 & Shopware 6.· Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and SEO principles.· Experience with agile development methodologies.
