Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated .NET MVC Backend Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Developer at AmasaTech, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions for our web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences to our clients and end-users.

Responsibilities:Backend Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable .NET MVC applications.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Code Optimization:Identify and rectify bottlenecks, bugs, and improve application performance.Implement best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in backend application development.Collaboration:Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand project requirements.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.Documentation:Document code, processes, and systems to facilitate knowledge transfer and code maintenance.Testing and Debugging:Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of applications.Debug and resolve issues reported by QA and end-users.Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in backend application development.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.1-2 years of professional experience in backend software development.Strong proficiency in .NET MVC framework and C# programming language.Experience with SQL Server and database design.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web deployment processes.Solid understanding of application performance, optimization, and security best practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible work hours and a permanent work-from-home policy.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
