Senior UI Designer/Front End Developer

General Description:We're looking for a skilled Front-End Engineer to develop a front-end application in collaboration with a back-end engineer. The role involves creating user interfaces and simplifying workflows to accommodate complex business processes and validation requirements. While the back end handles most business logic, the candidate must understand these rules to represent them effectively on the front end.This position requires a proactive individual who can manage their time independently within an Agile Kanban framework with minimal day-to-day supervision. The candidate will deliver code as frequently as possible, ensuring that the application meets the needs of internal operators and business staff.

Responsibilities:Understand and analyze user needs to translate them into intuitive and compelling UI designs.Create wireframes and demonstrate how they function with different user interactions.Lead the UI design process for web interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Confidently guide the design and implementation of the UI.Implement the UI design in a web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Svelte.

Skills:Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Familiarity with desktop and/or SPA web applications.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Svelte, and Tailwind.Experience with JSON and Ajax for API calls.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

Requirements:Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and a user-centered design approach.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front end development and UI design, with a proven track record in creating successful user experiences.Experience leading design projects and teams.
