Job Description

As a React Developer at Melshams, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and enhancement of visually impressive and user-centric websites, web applications, and digital platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver cohesive user experiences that align with our strategic objectives and enhance customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ReactProficiency in React, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility issues.Familiarity with Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) design tools.Knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience with agile development methodologies.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working effectively in team settings.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain aesthetically pleasing, responsive, and user-friendly web applications leveraging HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and React.Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality designs that are responsive and adhere to brand standards and industry best practices.Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create scalable and innovative web solutions.Perform usability tests, analyze feedback, and refine web functionality to boost performance and user satisfaction.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development and design to ensure cutting-edge solutions.Engage in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
