Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.Implement and manage multithreading capabilities to enhance application performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Java development.Strong expertise in multithreading and concurrent programming.Proficient in object-oriented programming and design patterns.Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of performance testing and optimization.
