Your Role:Leadr is looking for an experienced and startup-ready Senior Software Engineer with a React focus to contribute to product improvements, exciting new features, and technical improvements.

Responsibilities:Contribute to our web client (React + Typescript) as a senior member of a stable and tenured teamCoordinate with backend-focused Node and C# developers or own smaller features full-stackParticipate in mentorship and code review opportunities around the team to advance our codebase and help set best practicesHelp break down large feature work into smaller chunks for estimation and planning purposes

Qualifications:5+ years of professional web development experiencePreferred: B2B SaaS experienceHighly proficient with React + Typescript in production. React 16.8+ (hook-based functional component) experience is critical.Preferred, not required: Production backend experience in Typescript and/or C#
