Service now developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will specialize in developing and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform, creating software solutions, customizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role requires a strong understanding of JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, and CSS, along with experience in configuring and managing the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:Software Solutions Development:Design, code, and troubleshoot applications using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, and other technologies.Develop and implement solutions that optimize the use of the ServiceNow platform.

Customization and Configuration:Customize screens, configure workflows, set up reports, and integrate with third-party software.Manage LDAP integration to streamline user authentication and directory services

Configuration Management:Work with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset tracking and management.Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, and access controls to meet organizational needs.

Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Provide support for ServiceNow applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Experience:Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases.Experience with tools and frameworks such as AngularJS.Demonstrated experience in building and customizing core ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
