Senior NodeJS Developer

7+ years equivalent work experience. Experience preferred in software development in small-large sized projects with small to large sized teams.Conflict resolution, debugging, triaging, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques required.Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills required.Proven hands-on experience as a software engineer with expertise and focus on one or more technologies inclusive of NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJS. Experience in Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Expertise with REST, Node.JS, NoSQL, SQL, eventing patterns and microservices.Experience leading enterprise engineering projects or teams is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to manage a broad workload and accommodate change with a proven ability to deliver results.Proven ability to be a technical lead and assist in the technical growth of other Team Members and operate as the technical expert for multiple applications.Very highly developed written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience)Adaptability — a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure.Empathy—the innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them.Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation.Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration.Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework a plus.or equivalent combination of education and experience
