The Role:To advance our mission of inspiring greatness and transforming the lives of others, our Senior Product Developer will be a key position in advancing our mission by designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software systems for efficient data processing. You are a master of tools and technologies, acting as an expert in critical aspects of business and industry. Your role involves evolving system architecture, suggesting improvements for efficiency, process, and tools, and addressing complex problems related to scalability, reliability, performance, and security. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you contribute to frictionless user experiences, deploy, scale, and monitor software systems, and consistently seek ways to improve efficiency and operations. Rigorous adherence to high code quality, test coverage, and other engineering best practices is crucial. Capabilities (Key Behaviors):The Senior Product Developer is expected to have:· Bachelor's degree in software engineering/computer science or equivalent experience in a related field.· 4+ years of experience in software development.· Mastery of PHP.· Mastery of at least one recent programming language (Nodejs, Reactjs).· Mastery of database technologies (SQL and/or MySQL).· Mastery of Web technologies (HTML, JS, and CSS).· Experience in SOA development and with the Cloud is an asset.· Experience with Agile/SCRUM development practices.· Understanding of business processes.· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.· Strong command of the English language (Spoken and Written).
