Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead React.js Developer for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a project independently. This role requires daily interaction with the team and participation in daily stand-ups. The candidate should be adept at client-facing roles and exhibit strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:Lead the project independently and ensure successful delivery.Participate in daily stand-ups and interact with the team and clients.Develop and maintain applications using React.js.Utilize knowledge of Backstage.io (preferred but not mandatory).Ensure the project runs smoothly for the initial 4-5 months, with potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements:5-8 years of experience in React.js development.Excellent communication skills.Proven experience in a client-facing role.Ability to lead and manage projects independently.Knowledge of Backstage.io is preferred.
