We are currently in beta, with initial customers across the Middle East, India,and Indonesia, and poised for rapid growth with our upcoming seed funding round.We are looking for a talented ERPNext Functionality Consultant to join our passionateteam and help us customize and implement BuildSuite's innovative functionalities ontop of the Frappe framework. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for BuildSuite customization.• Design, develop, and implement custom Frappe modules and functionalities using Python and Rest API integration.• Configure and optimize ERPNext core features for optimal performance and alignment with BuildSuite's workflows.• Analyze construction industry processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend best practices for improved efficiency.• Conduct thorough testing to ensure quality and bug-free deployments to the production environment.• Provide ongoing support and training to users, documenting workflows and processes for team knowledge sharing.• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.• Prioritize team goals and actively contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic work culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Frappe/ERPNext development and implementation.• Strong understanding of construction project management processes, including accounting, inventory, and procurement.• Proficiency in Python and Rest API development.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience with DevOps practices and configuration management tools is a plus.• A degree in IT or related field is a plus, but strong practical experience is highly valued.
