Job Title: Microsoft Business Central Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Business Central solutions.Configure and customize Microsoft Business Central applications to align with client needs.Develop and maintain code using AL (Application Language).Integrate Microsoft Business Central solutions with other systems and applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Business Central.Document technical specifications and development processes.Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience as a technical developer/lead in Microsoft Business Central.Strong proficiency in AL (Application Language).Demonstrated experience in integrating Microsoft Business Central with other systems and applications.Expertise in configuring and customizing Microsoft Business Central applications.Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring.
