IVR DEVELOPER

We are seeking a skilled Conversational IVR Developer with expertise in Kore AI to join our team. As a Conversational Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive chat or voice response (IVR) systems that leverage natural language processing and conversational AI capabilities to enhance customer experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design conversational solutions tailored to business needs.Develop and configure messaging/IVR workflows using Kore ai platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and databases.Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) capabilities to enable intelligent interactions with callers.Design and implement conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize user experiences and achieve business objectives.Analyze user feedback and interaction data to continuously improve and optimize conversational IVR solutions.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in conversational AI, IVR, and customer service domains.

Mandatory Skills

JavaScript, Kore AIDesign, development and delivery of Java based enterprise applications.Experience in Application Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, deployment, testing, debugging, documentation.Experience in using Data Structures and Algorithms, Object Oriented Analysis, and software design patterns.Good knowledge on coding standards, design patterns, unit testing

Good to Have Skills

Proven experience developing IVR solutions, preferably with expertise in Kore ai platform.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with Kore AI/Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts.Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, microservices, or Java.Familiarity with telephony protocols and standards (e.g., SIP, VoIP).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
