Job Description:MindBrain Innovations is seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Central Developer/Lead to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Microsoft Business Central and its integration with other systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and leading the development of Microsoft Business Central solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Development and Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Business Central solutions.Integration: Integrate Microsoft Business Central solutions with other systems and applications.Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Business Central applications to meet specific client needs.Technical Expertise: Utilize AL (Application Language) to develop and enhance Business Central applications.Problem-Solving: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Business Central.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and configurations.Mentorship: Mentor and support junior developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualities:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Experience: 10+ years of experience as a technical developer/lead in Microsoft Business Central.Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Business Central solutions with other systems and applications.Strong experience with AL (Application Language).Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Business Central applications.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Central or related technologies.Project Management: Experience in project management and leading technical teams.Additional Skills: Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies is a plus.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their resumes to rajeswari.ratha@thembi.in
