Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Lead MERN/NodeJS Developer at Emperen Technologies. The Lead Developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end web development, software development, and utilizing technologies such as JavaScript and Redux.js. Day-to-day tasks include leading the development team, implementing technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

QualificationsExp: 8+ YearsKey Skills:Backend: NodeJs, ExpressJS, Microservice Design Patterns, NoSQL database.Frontend: : ReactJS and Redux/Other JS utility libraries, basics of CSS/Flex/GridAWS Infrastructure/Cloud Computing, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging the complete software development process from conception to deploymentCandidate must be strong in Backend design & development with Node & AWS.Maintaining and upgrading the software following deploymentManaging the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and application.Overseeing and guiding the analysing, writing, building, and deployment of softwareOverseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development processModifying and testing changes to previously developed programsRequired Skills10+ years of experience along team handlingBackend: NodeJs, ExpressJS, Microservice Design Patterns, NoSQL database.Frontend: : ReactJS and Redux/Other JS utility libraries, basics of CSS/Flex/GridAWS Infrastructure/Cloud Computing, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3.Worked on Rest APIExcellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
