Job Description:

Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign and build applications for iOSEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsCollaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new featuresIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organisation and automatization

Ideal CandidateProficient in Swift, with a good knowledge of its ecosystemsExperience with Cocoa APIs on OS XGood knowledge of performance limits and characteristicsKnowledge of memory management and multi-threadingExperience with embedded databases and other system datastoresFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end servicesGood sense of UI design and a user-oriented focusKnowledge of low-level C-based libraries is a plusImplementation of automated testing platforms and unit testsKnack for benchmarking and optimizationUnderstanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelinesProficient understanding of Git & Github.Familiarity with continuous integration

Candidate Criteria:Strong iOS Developer (Swift, Cocoa) ProfileMandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+ Years of Experience in SwiftMandatory (Experience 2) Experience with Cocoa APIs on OS X.Mandatory (Experience 3) - Experience in automation testing of IOS apps using any IOS automation testing framework like Appium / Earlgrey / XCtest / OCMock / Detox etcMandatory (Core Skill 1) - Good knowledge of performance management, memory management and multi-threading in SWIFTPreferred(Core Skill 2) - Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is a plus.Mandatory (Company) - Product company (AI / ML, Short video content platforms, social media platforms),Good / Well-Known / Well-Funded Product Startup onlyMandatory (Education) - Candidates from Tier 1 colleges only (IIT, BITS, Top NITs, IIIT)
