Programming Languages & Frameworks:Proficient in Java/J2EE with Spring and Spring Boot.Database Technologies:Experience with Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, and other relational and non-relational databases.Version Control & CI/CD:Proficient in GIT and Jenkins; familiar with DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines.API Development:Expertise in developing RESTful APIs.Messaging & Data Streaming:Proficient with MQ and Kafka.Containerization:Experienced with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Development Methodologies:Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.Testing & Documentation:Skilled in unit testing, change management, coding design, and documentation protocols.Analytical & Communication Skills:Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly.Problem-Solving:High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present consistent solutions with business objectives.Adaptability:Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and manage tasks independently.Domain Experience:Experience in various domains such as Health Care and Financial services.UI Development:Preferably have experience in React UI development.Data Manipulation:Ability to manipulate data from diverse sources/formats (flat files, XML, JSON, etc.).Software Proficiency:Familiarity with MS Office Suite and flowcharting tools like Visio.
