Intermediate Full Stack Developer

WHO WE AREVerifyMe is a software platform with global reach offering solutions to protect brands by authenticating products, detecting counterfeit and fraudulent behavior, and providing end-to-end traceability leveraging GS1 standards. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a developer to join us in the core team at VerifyMe, Inc., a Nasdaq listed company, we build & maintain a world leading traceability and anti-counterfeit platform.

The right candidate will be an intermediate level full stack developer with a strong python and .js background. This position will report to the Vice President of Authentication Technology. You’ll be involved with many aspects of the core of our products and will get your hands dirty working with big amounts of data and writing high quality code to help process that using machine learning and programmatic logic.

You will also work closely with our great team on improving our products through iterations and working on brand new innovations, features and ideas to bring to our customers.

Our team is global with people in New Zealand and the USA, so effective communication across time zones is essential. You'll be able to collaborate effectively.

You'll be degree qualified and/or have 3-4 years experience in leading edge development environments. You'll understand good development disciplines and be able to work quickly and efficiently to enhance our products, and build better innovative products and services. You won't want to, or expect to be tied to any silo, you will bring a broad mind and curiosity with you to work.

You'll be able to effectively interpret design documents, and be able to communicate with your developer peers and non-developer team members alike. You'll also be able to work in a team or alone, and you'll not wait for someone to tell you what to do - because you're a self-starter who wants to take advantage of all the opportunities to innovate that we offer.
