React Native Developer (No C2C)

Position: React Native Developer (2- mid level / 4- senior / 4 - Lead)Location: 100% RemoteDuration: 12+Months Must be on our W2 only- No C2C Experience: • 7-10 years with 6-8 years full life cycle development experience and 5-7 years of programming and system design experience in financial services or a related industry in directly-related progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Worth noting that each req has this same qualification listed, will reach out to CMO to clarify the difference in years’ experience for the II vs Senior vs Specialist roles.• Mobile Development: Proficiency in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, especially within the FinTech domain.• React Native & Angular: Strong skills in React Native, Angular, and Ionic Capacitor, with experience transitioning from Angular Ionic to React Native.• Secure Coding: Knowledge of secure coding practices, encryption algorithms, and data protection mechanisms for handling sensitive financial data.• Backend Integration: Familiarity with backend technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture for seamless app-backend integration. Role and Responsibilities: The React Native Engineer will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth for the Banking Solutions business. As a React Native Engineer, helping our mobile team create cutting-edge mobile applications. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality React Native solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed user expectations. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will drive the success of our Mobile projects and contribute to the overall growth of our company.• Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.• Implement scalable and performant solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and mobile development standards.• Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the mobile development team.• Act as a subject matter expert on React Native development, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts.
