Your MissionAs a Full Stack Developer on our Core Team, you'll be responsible for:Implementing beautiful, easy-to-use web interfaces that delight our customersWriting reliable, high-quality APIsQuickly prototyping and implementing new experiences that drive business growthCollaborating with our team to maintain a scalable and secure infrastructure

Requirements5+ years of programming experience in a relevant fieldProficiency in either Rust or Go programming languageExperience with React for building web interfacesFamiliarity with DynamoDB for data storageExperience deploying to AWSFluent English

Nice to HaveFamiliarity with NixExperience with edge functions/workers (Fastly, AWS, Cloudflare)

Hiring processAll meetings are conducted remotely through Zoom or Google Meet and are 1 hour long, except the Technical fit interview, which takes 1.5 hours. Here we expect to learn more about your background and motivations.Technical fit interview: The next step is to have a live coding session with our CTO Alex Gravem You’ll work together on a problem closely related to the scope of the team.Team fit Interview with the co-CEOs: Next you’ll meet separately both of our co-CEOS Sacha Morard and Gilles RaymondIn parallel to the interviews we’ll be conducting a reference check with 2 people of your choosing who you’re working with or have worked with in the past.
