Role DescriptionTake direction from Sr Developer and collaborate with project team Process Lead to implement changes specific to APAC, investigate potential solutions to issues, complete configuration, coding and testing to complete below deliverablesChanges as identified by KC in the new capabilities list to include but not limited to:Set up operational requests (P2P) catalogs for internal users and mailboxes for suppliersEstablish country and language rules/conditions and field mapping Configure the CSM Portal entitlement and languagesSet up virtual agent and live agentEstablish escalation and SLA set upSet up assignment groups based on associated ticket categoriesUpdate regional tables to automatically map region and language information to relevant fields for reporting purposes and adapt APAC to the global reporting system to track and analyze ticket activity.Check and adjust ServiceNow connection with ChatbotEnsure/enable language capability
