Our team provides application development and works closely with the production support team in Toronto as well as global infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities- Be a part of our WM Canada IT Business Application team in Poland- Design and develop large-scale applications- Interact very closely with all stakeholders and other team members to refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD)- Analyze root causes of incidents and provide the solution- Perform code reviews and share your experience with colleagues- Promote the overall stability of the systems through the implementation of best practices to maintain the dev environment

SkillsMust have7+ years of experience in working as a Gemstone specialist and on Smalltalk programming language as a primary skillExperience in programming in Java/PythonHands-on experience in software source control and bug-tracking toolsUnderstanding of distributed systemsStrong programming Object-Oriented experience and SQL Database Management
