Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Java applications for our public safety networks.Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities to improve system performance and reliability.Testing and Deployment:Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure high-quality and bug-free software releases.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.System Configuration and Management:Develop solutions for the configuration and fault management of our Infrastructure systems and network devices.Automate network device upgrades and streamline system reporting processes.Integration and Collaboration:Work with third-party core software, integrating it with first-party software solutions.Develop interfaces for second-party applications, ensuring seamless communication between system components.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement within the team.Contribute to the Agile process by participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
