Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI solutions using cutting-edge technologiesCollaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development processesStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologyParticipate in client meetings to provide technical insights and solutions

Required Skills:Strong proficiency in Python programmingSolid understanding of AI orchestration libraries such as LangchainExperience with vector databases (e.g., Cosmos, Vectara, or MongoDB)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply

Preferred (but not mandatory):Knowledge of Azure infrastructureExperience with Bot Framework SDK for TeamsFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and techniquesFamiliarity with SPRINTS in project management

Qualifications:0-2 years of experience in AI development or related rolesA portfolio of personal or academic AI projects
