You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in blockchain technologies, with a strong focus on permissioned blockchains.Proficiency in blockchain-related programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Go, Solidity, and Hyperledger.Experience with blockchain nodes development, security audits, testing, deployments, and upgrades.In-depth understanding of cryptographic principles, smart contract development, and decentralized identities (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs).Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience with blockchain nodes development, security audits, testing, deployments, and upgrades.English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:Blockchain Solution Development: Design and implement blockchain solutions, focusing on permissioned blockchain infrastructure and configurations.Decentralized Identities and Verifiable Credentials: Apply knowledge in decentralized identities (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs) to develop secure and scalable blockchain applications.Cryptography and Security: Implement robust cryptographic solutions and ensure security protocols are integrated into all blockchain applications.Smart Contract Development: Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance with industry standards.Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and support for blockchain projects.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology, and recommend improvements to existing systems.Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate closely with the Blockchain Technical Lead and other team members.
