Senior Backend Developer – Python

Responsibilities:• Python Development: Lead and contribute to the development of robust and scalableback-end solutions using Python.• Architecture and Design: Architect, design, and implement complex systems andapplications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.• Database Management: Design and maintain database architectures, optimizingperformance and ensuring data integrity.• API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration withfront-end applications.• Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensureadherence to coding standards, and mentor junior developers.• Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations for improving systemperformance, scalability, and reliability.• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-enddevelopers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality softwaresolutions.• Documentation: Generate technical documentation for software solutions, APIs, anddatabase designs.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in back-end development with a focus on Python.Proficient in Python and relevant frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.).Strong experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, react.js, typescript).Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles.Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams is a plus
