Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and customize Netsuite ERP solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.Configure and enhance Netsuite workflows, forms, fields, and reports.Integrate Netsuite ERP with external systems using webservices such as Web APIs, Webhooks, and REST APIs.Debug and resolve issues, perform system testing, and provide technical support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.Stay updated with the latest Netsuite releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

MandatoryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a programmer or developer.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP, including understanding of workflows, configurations, and customization.Proficiency in webservices, including Web API, Webhooks, and REST API, with the ability to develop and consume APIs.Nice to have:Familiarity with basic BI concepts and SQLPrevious experience in the accounting industry is a plus.Others:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Interview Process:Our interview process consists of 1 round conducted by our Engineering Lead. The interview will include a live coding test followed by a Q&A session. The details of the interview process are as follows:

Live Coding Test (30 minutes):The coding test will consist of 5-6 questions related to Netsuite ERP development and webservices.You will be assessed on your ability to solve problems, write clean and efficient code, and understand business requirements.

Q&A and Casual Chat (30-40 minutes):After the coding test, there will be a Q&A session to discuss your test results and technical expertise.This session will also include a casual chat to evaluate your communication skills and cultural fit within our team.
