Job Overview: As a WordPress Developer at Flowace, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications. You’ll leverage your 1-2 years of experience in WordPress development and your understanding of SEO to enhance our web presence and user experience. Your role will involve working closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure our websites meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities:

WordPress Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking, including on-page SEO and performance optimization.B2B SaaS Integration: Develop and integrate solutions that align with our B2B SaaS offerings, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality web solutions.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring websites are responsive, functional, and user-friendly.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your capabilities.B2B SaaS Experience: Previous experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of such platforms.SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in implementing SEO strategies.Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Bonus skill: 1-2 years of experience in React/Angular.
