The Role Senior Salesforce Developer-

Design and develop complex, scalable, and customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.Conducting unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Participating in code reviews and identifying areas for improvement, including performance optimization and code refactoring.Documenting technical designs, code and other project-related artifacts, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and participating in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Your Technical Skillset-

5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows- Proficient in HTML, JavaScript or CSS- Industry Cloud experience is a plus (Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, etc.)- Desirable Certifications:o Salesforce Certified Administratoro Salesforce Certified Advanced Administratoro Platform App Buildero Developer I and IIo Any Specialist certification (ex. CPQ, Field Service, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative- Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills through participation in Innovior’s Salesforce certification plan.- Basic business analyst and consulting skill, including engaging customers, obtaining requirements, identifying gaps, gathering information needed for application design and development.
