Back End Developer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Back End Engineer at The Digital Factory Inc. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end components of web applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, troubleshoot and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure scalability and security. The Engineer will also work closely with UX/UI designers to bring the best user experience to life.

QualificationsProficiency in Back-End Web Development Knowledge of Front-End Development is an assetExperience in Software Development and Web App DevelopmentStrong understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)Experience with server-side programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby)Familiarity with databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Sequelize)Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)Ability to work in an agile development environmentExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
