Customer Relationship Management Developer

Description:The CRM Developer will focus on designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that support our business objectives. This person will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our CRM system meets the needs of our clients and enhances operational efficiency. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.

Job Duties:Participate in project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, design documentation, and testing.Create data-driven workflows for orchestrating data movement and transforming data at scale in addition to developing and maintaining data integration processes using tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory.Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications and create and manage entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.Perform system administration tasks including user management, security roles, and data management and monitor system performance and implement optimizations and enhancements.Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.Work with end-users to resolve problems and provide training as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.Ensure CRM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.

Education & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is required3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer within data, application and system integration and support environments Must have proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQLExperience with data integration tools (SSIS and Azure Data Factory)

Plus:Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plusExperience working in the healthcare or PBM industry is a plus
