Business Intelligence Developer

BI Developer (Remote in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay)

Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building new dashboards for business users and our executive team, as well as migrating existing dashboards from Tableau to Sigma Computing. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to present complex data in a visually engaging manner.

Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in building and presenting advanced dashboards and reports.Proficiency in SQL is required, with a strong ability to handle complex queries and data transformations.Demonstrated experience in converting raw data into insightful business insights, especially for leadership dashboards.Strong capabilities in presenting visual analytics in an easily consumable format for various audiences, enabling self-serve analytics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.English Advanced Level (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using SQL and Sigma Computing, transitioning from Tableau to enhance business and executive decision-making.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reporting systems.Contribute to data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data throughout the transition from Tableau to Sigma Computing.Train and support business users in utilizing the dashboards effectively, promoting a culture of self-serve analytics.
