Senior XR Developer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior XR Developer to help build immersive experiences that combine technology and game mechanics to enhance mindfulness and pro-social behaviors. Key Responsibilities:Architect and lead development of new features for VR, AR, and MR productsPlan and implement strategies to expand offerings to new platforms and hardwareCollaborate with the development team to maintain code quality and provide the best possible user experienceStay current with the latest developments in VR, AR, MR, and related technologies

Primary Requirements:Highly skilled XR developer with experience in Unity3DExperience in porting games or 3D interactive products to different platforms and consolesSpecific experience in developing for virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality platforms

Secondary Requirements:5+ years of experience developing VR/AR games and appsPrefer at least one AAA game release or equivalent professional industry experienceWorking knowledge of 3D geometry and linear algebraExperience with console development (e.g., Xbox, PlayStation)Experience with real-time networked features (e.g., synchronous multiplayer games)Experience with machine learning (ML) and computer vision (CV)Enthusiasm for developing cutting-edge features with prototype devices and new hardware capabilitiesExperience supporting a live service with regular content updatesProven record of working collaboratively in a multi-functional teamEligibility to work in the United StatesAbility to communicate effectively in English via text and video chat
