Senior Full Stack Web Developer (Remote)

This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a small team of talented, hardworking sports nerds in an exciting, fast-paced environment for a quickly growing company!

We’re looking for a senior level full stack web developer to help enhance our widely known and respected sports playbook products, FirstDown PlayBook and FastBreak PlayBook.

You will work closely with the CTO daily to fix bugs, build out new product features, perform QA testing, and make suggestions to improve our products, workflows and systems. Our playbook products are built on Laravel 8 (PHP 7 and MySQL) with a Vue-heavy front-end. We also maintain a Wordpress blog using a custom theme that contains thousands of football and coaching articles.

We are an agile company with a fail-fast mentality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to work independently, eager to learn and grow, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. All employees participate in weekly company-wide Zoom meetings to share our input and thoughts.

Created by former NFL and college football coach, Charlie Coiner. Our current products include FirstDown PlayBook (football) and FastBreak PlayBook (basketball). Both provide a database of plays with coaching points and player assignments with the ability to edit any aspect of a play to fit a coach’s system, along with many other features. This web based platform allows coaches at all levels to coach and teach better and more efficiently.

Salary Range: $125k-$150k

Start Date: Around October 1, 2024

Schedule: Flexible (must be able to be reached between 10am-6pm EST M-F)
