What is in it for you?

As an Clojure Developer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

7+ years of software development experience in IT industry Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Clojure and mySQLShould be able to share instances that proves your role in designing and architecting of system(s) Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Clojure code Comes with at least 5+ years of MySQL experience. Write unit tests of the code and ensure that code coverage is more than 80% Has working experience on Agile projects for at least 5 years and understands scrum ceremonies Good to have Groovy & Grails experience Good to have AWS infra experience and CICD experience Document the workflow and codebase so that it is understood by other members Understand the existing code base without much external support of KT or documentationCommunicate with onshore and client team members Should be able to work ensuring deadlines are met without issues Take knowledge transfer (KT) from the current team. Coordinate with onshore stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements. Ensure the offshore team is aligned with requirements and deliverables Motivating the team, managing client coordination and building client rapport, ensuring overall timelines are metConducting proper code review, ensuring processes are followed and missing processes are introduced to the team in alignment with client, KT is documented or recorded Good to have domain exp in Claims Management & PaymentsDocument the KT and architecture of the current system. Experience: -10+ Years Location: - Minneapolis, MNEducational Qualifications: -Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
