Job Title: Sr ArcGIS DeveloperDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: 100% Remote (Only EST Zone Candidates)Contract on W2 (No C2C/ Corp to Corp discussion)

Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or GIS with over ten years of relevant experience in software development and integration using common programming methodologies and tools.

Job Responsibilities:This is a senior level ArcGIS Developer who will serve to deliver ArcGIS solutions and integrations between Amtrak’s Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platform and other corporate applications, including SaaS and cloud-based solutions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL Server databases, use of third-party APIs and middleware.Ability to perform advanced database management, ArcGIS data and map service management, geoprocessing, geospatial analysis, map compilation, and programming tasks.Experience creating, enhancing, and documenting ArcGIS system integration and solution development best practices and workflows.Experience using FME and/or the ArcGIS Interoperability extension is a plus. Hands on experience involving integration of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platform with other applications using 3rd party API and ArcGIS API is a plus.Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
