Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for an AI/ML Developer at Digitori Labs. The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for tasks such as pattern recognition, neural networks, software development, and natural language processing (NLP) in the development of AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI models that not only streamline business processes but also adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:AI Model Development: Design and develop AI models for requirement gathering, document generation, and process automation. Ensure these models integrate smoothly with our SAP consulting platform.Federated Learning Implementation: Apply federated learning techniques to enable collaborative model training without compromising client data privacy.Compliance and Security: Ensure all AI models comply with international and country-specific data privacy laws, such as GDPR and HIPAA. Implement best practices in data security to protect sensitive information.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to incorporate AI technologies into our products effectively.Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies. Propose and prototype new features that could improve the functionality and efficiency of our AI solutions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the AI development process and system architecture. Provide regular updates on project status and any challenges encountered.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably with applications in data-intensive industries like consulting, finance, or health.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience with federated learning models.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy regulations relevant to AI development, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) skillsComputer Science and Software Development skillsExperience in AI/ML algorithm development and implementationStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++Understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorchAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMaster's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
