Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance server-side applications and APIs using Node.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code.Implement server-side logic to handle and process requests and responses.Integrate and manage data storage solutions such as databases and caching mechanisms.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years specializing in Node.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of ES6/ES7.Extensive experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
