About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tableau Developer and Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Tableau development, business intelligence analysis, and data visualization to deliver impactful insights to our organization and clients. As a Tableau Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies and enhancing decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement interactive and dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization needs and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.Conduct thorough business intelligence analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends that drive business decision-making.Work closely with business units to understand their reporting and analysis requirements and provide actionable insights.Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.Develop innovative and interactive visualizations to enhance data storytelling and user engagement.Serve as a Tableau consultant, providing expertise on best practices, data visualization standards, and Tableau functionality.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize Tableau solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless integration of data sources into Tableau for comprehensive reporting and analysis.Optimize data models and structures to enhance Tableau performance.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics.Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.Experience with business intelligence tools and methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Project management skills for handling end-to-end BI projects.Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.Experience in providing Tableau training and support.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
