Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive your software development activities to meet project schedules and timelines according to Freewheel’s Software Development Life Cycle.Possesses the ability to distinguish the implementation of declarative solutions (i.e., “clicks not code”) and programmatic development.Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce releases / emerging technologies and identify opportunities to implement new functionality on Freewheel’s Salesforce instance.Employ platform best practices to deliver world-class solutions and ensure developed solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices.Proactively identify system issues/bugs and deploy fixes to provide quick and timely resolution.Ability to write high-quality code with supporting unit tests, and deliver on time. Requirements8+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Lightning Platform development experience (the majority of projects will be developed in Sales Cloud).Experience in Apex, Lightning Component Development, JavaScript, CSS, Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce pages, SOQL.Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce (i.e., JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs).Exposure to Web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, and MySQL is desired but not required.Experience implementing integrations into SFDC with third-party tools.Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 1 certificationPlas and Platform Developer 1 is preferred.
