Senior PowerBI Developer with Python, R and VBA skills

US Company is searching for a Senior PowerBI Developer for a small team. This is originally for 2 months, but with an option of prolongation, part-time (10-15 hrs /week), flexible schedule. Remote. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Design and implement BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights* Create and maintain scalable, efficient data models and data marts* Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures* Architect and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure smooth data flow from various sources* Implement data quality checks and error handling mechanisms within ETL processes* Optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability* Conduct predictive analytics to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning* Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Power BI* Design intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders* Develop automated reporting systems to streamline information delivery SKILLS REQUIRED:* Experience with PowerBI / Tableau / Domo / Dataverse - 5+ years* Experience with ETL (Data cleansing / Data analysis / ETL processes) - 5+ years* Experience with SQL / Python / R / VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) - 4+ years* Experience with SAS (Statistical Analysis System) - 3+ years* Spoken English - upper intermediate and higher SKILLS CONSIDERED A PLUS:* Agile / Scrum basics* Power Automate / Power Apps* Salesforce WORK CONDITIONS* Distributed team: REMOTE work.* Scrum, 3-4 team members/team.* Part-time (ca. 15 hours per week).* Flexible schedule HIRING PROCESS:Step 1 - preliminary interview (main questions) - up to 30 minsStep 2 - internal tech interview (tech questions) - up to 60 minsStep 3 - tech interview with team leader and architect - up to 60 mins
