Job Description:

As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique business needs. You will work closely with our team of analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Module Development: Create new Odoo modules and enhance existing ones to add new features or improve functionality.- Customization: Customize existing modules to meet specific business requirements, including modifying workflows, user interfaces, and reports.- Integration: Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications through APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.- Database Management: Design and manage the PostgreSQL database used by Odoo, optimizing queries for better performance.- Bug Fixing and Support: Identify and resolve issues in the Odoo system, providing technical support and maintenance.- Performance Optimization: Ensure the Odoo system runs efficiently by optimizing code and system performance.- Security: Implement security measures to protect the system from vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:- Proficiency in Python (primary language used in Odoo development).- Knowledge of JavaScript for front-end customizations.- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and QWeb (Odoo's templating engine).- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.- In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework, its modules, and architecture.- Understanding of business processes and how they can be automated using Odoo.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Odoo Studio.- Familiarity with Docker for containerization and deployment.- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman.- Odoo certification is a plus.
