Senior PHP Developer is sought after by a leading European Education platform with over 18 million users worldwide! Working closely with universities and science experts to ensure their product is the best on the market, due to an increase in demand for their platform, they want to continue to expand and progress. They need an experienced backend developer to help continue to push their product forwards and work on their services and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:Work on the microservices not just with your code, but with your idea and creativityEngineer challenging new platform features to allow the product to continue to progress ensuring the stability of the codeWork with the most modern of technologiesContribute to the scalable and stable infrastructure

Skills and experience required for the role:At least 3 years’ experience using PHP (ideally PHP8)Any framework experience beneficial (Laravel, Slim, Lumen)Strong skills using MySQLSkills in deployment and experienced in DockerExperience with unit testingAny knowledge of DevOps technologies desirable (Kubernetes, AWS etc.)Located in Europe with fluent English skills
