Role Overview: In this role, you will become an active part of the Technical team. As a Technology Lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the application development lifecycle, and will also play a key role in the development, configuration, testing, and deployment of the overall solution using PLM tools. You will guide the team to ensure DevOps and automation practices are implemented as per needs. As a thought leader in your domain you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building. This role ensures the solution meets customer requirements and follows the principles of the project Methodology.

Responsibilities:Management of the process of expanding the standard functionality of PLM tools;Guide the team to ensure DevOps and automation practices are implemented as per needs;Defining the problem, proposing, refining, and developing the solution;Guide distributed agile teams on project processes, and deliverables and contribute to the proposal development;Collaborating with Product Owners and Architects that enable our team to deliver solutions matching business value.

Tech skills:Experience in end-to-end software development on any PLM tools;Nice to have experience is .NET, C# related frameworks and JavaScript;Good to have experience in AML (Adaptive Markup Language), IOM API development;Knowledge of Microsoft SQL queries;Experience in Cloud Adoptions (AWS, Azure etc);Experience in DevOps.
