This role will play a crucial part in developing and customizing backend services and applications to meet our clients' unique needs.

Job Description: As a Senior Go Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications. You will work very closely with our CTO and engineering team to solve complex problems, implement architectural patterns, and manage significant loads. Your expertise in Golang, Kafka, Redis, Docker, and load management will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities:Work one on one with CTO.Ensure optimal performance and load management of distributed systems.Apply architectural patterns to design efficient and maintainable codebases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:Over 4 years of experience in backend development, with deep expertise in distributed applications and microservices architecture.Expertise in at least one of the following programming languages: Go, Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, from development to deployment and maintenance of applications.Proficiency in building and interacting with event-driven architectures, using technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ..Preferred Qualifications:Creative mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
