Senior Game Developer (Unity)

Our friendly neighbourhood studio in Helsinki is on the hunt for an experienced Unity Game Developer with a strong background in multiplayer game development and a passion for AI technology.

This is an exciting role for someone with 5+ years of experience in game development, eager to work with cutting-edge AI tools and a remote, research-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities:Client-side feature development with a focus on gameplay,Collaborate with a small, experienced and dedicated team to create innovative multiplayer experiences,Utilise AI to enhance game development processes and the user experience,Adapt to new AI tools and integrate them into the development pipeline,Drive initiatives independently and contribute to the overall direction of the company.

Requirements:5+ years of experience in game development with Unity,Multiplayer game development experience (preferably real time),Strong interest and experience in AI technology,Proactive and independent work ethic.

Bonus skills: Using Photon Fusion multiplayer service is a plus,Familiarity with the latest AI tools and libraries,Cross-platform development experience.
