Position :- BMC Helix DeveloperNumber of Positions: 1Assignment Type: 1 year contractLocation: Remote

Key Responsibilities:BMC Helix Development:Design, develop, and implement solutions within the BMC Helix platformCustomize and configure Helix ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management/CMDB) to meet business requirementsDevelop workflows, forms, and scripts to automate processes and improve efficiencyProgressive Web Application (PWA) Development:Design and develop Progressive Web Applications that enhance user experience and accessibilityEnsure PWAs are responsive, performant, and adhere to best practicesInnovation Studio:Collaborate with the innovation studio team to prototype and develop new solutionsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideasAPI Development and Integration:Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration between BMC Helix and other enterprise systemsEnsure APIs are secure, scalable, and well-documentedJitterbit Integration:Utilize Jitterbit for data integration and migration tasksDesign and implement data transformation processes to support business needsCollaboration and Support:Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutionsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix and integrated systems

Required Qualifications:Technical Skills:Strong experience with BMC Helix platform, including Helix ITSMProficiency in developing and customizing Progressive Web ApplicationsHands-on experience with API development and integrationKnowledge of Jitterbit or similar integration platforms

Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMC Helix developmentProven track record in PWA development and deploymentExperience in integrating complex systems using APIs and middleware solutions

Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:BMC Certified ProfessionalExperience with Helix Dashboards.CMDB/Asset Management:Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration items and relationships within the CMDB.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practicesExperience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
