Role Overview: As Founding Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical vision and development of the web app. You will work closely with the founding team to translate business objectives into a scalable and user-friendly digital platform. This role requires a hands-on approach and a broad skill set in both frontend and backend development.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of the web app.Collaborate with the founding team to define technical requirements and project scope.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).Build robust backend systems with server-side languages (Python, Ruby, Java, Node.js, or PHP) and frameworks (Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, Spring, or Express.js).Design and implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange.Manage and optimize databases, including relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Firebase).Ensure the security and scalability of the web app, implementing best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.Oversee deployment and infrastructure management on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Utilize DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes, for efficient development and deployment workflows.Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure a cohesive and user-centric experience.Maintain version control and project management using tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Trello, or Slack.Qualifications:Proven experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of projects.Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frontend frameworks.Expertise in backend development, server-side languages, and web frameworks.Experience with API development and third-party API integration.Strong understanding of web security principles and best practices.Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps tools for deployment and infrastructure management.Familiarity with database management, both relational and NoSQL.Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
