Job Description:As a NICE CXOne Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the NICE CXOne platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer experience capabilities, ensure system integration, and optimize performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in contact center technologies, a deep understanding of NICE CXOne, and a passion for improving customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the NICE CXOne platform.· Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.· Integrate NICE CXOne with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.· Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and automation processes to optimize contact center operations.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the NICE CXOne platform.· Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.· Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and NICE CXOne platform updates.
