Role DescriptionMyticas Consulting's direct client, is seeking an experienced Omni Channel Developer to join their team immediately.
This role is focused on setting up and configuring omnichannel solutions, including additional channels such as SMS and Chatbot, and integrating with the Salesforce platform.This role is offered on a remote basis headquartered within the Ottawa, ON region.
Responsibilities:Utilize Service Cloud knowledge and experience to implement and optimize omnichannel solutions.Set up and configure additional communication channels such as SMS and Chatbot.Integrate various systems and tools with the Salesforce platform.Manage deployment tools independently (e.g., Github).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Skills and Experience Required:Strong experience with Service Cloud.Proven expertise in omnichannel setup and configuration.Practical knowledge and experience in setting up additional channels like SMS and Chatbot.Hands-on experience with integrations on the Salesforce platform.Ability to manage deployment tools independently (e.g., Github).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
